The decision to become fit is more of a test of your will than a quick decision. Being fit is about making a lifestyle change. wellnessbeing It's not just about changing your diet or exercising.

I want to share my personal fitness story so that you can see how we all struggle with getting fit. Lifetime fitness is not a one-size-fits all approach. Everybody has their own unique circumstances, which can spark our desire to stay in shape. But, there are common principles we can all employ to help us overcome our obstacles and stay fit and healthy.
