To be able perform its normal functions, the body requires a variety of nutrients every day. These nutrients are also necessary to protect organs against disease.

You might crave high-fat foods, but you'll feel exhausted after eating high-fat fast food. Food like this is low in nutrients and filled with unnecessary ingredients. After you eat a lot of it, you won't feel as good. People can feel depressed or down after eating fast food or high-fat/high-sugar deserts.
